Commissions Info
Our Commissions Process
STEP ONE!
First, submit a free Quote Form with accurate and descriptive information! Once your Quote is complete and submitted, you will receive an email detailing the cost of your custom creation. Your pricing estimate will also include a reference number.
STEP TWO...
Once you have received an official Quote number and are ready to apply for a commission, please complete a Commission Application Form.
STEP THREE...
If you are selected for a commission slot, you will receive an email with a link to our communications server. Within the Discord Server, we will discuss the details of your commission!
Up to 3 Commission Slots will be Open per year. Once you are selected for a commission slot, you will have 7-10 days to pay the deposit. This 40% deposit will go towards all material costs.
STEP FOUR...
Once material costs are paid, work on your commission will begin ASAP! Through our communications server, we will regularly ask for feedback and send progress photos!
FINAL STEP!
Your commission is completed by or before the assigned date and is ready for shipping! We will discuss shipping information, costs, and the final remaining payment.
Your commission will be packaged and shipped to you and is yours to bring to life!
